Sometimes, the simplest things bring the greatest joy. For me, that simple pleasure is walking. It’s become my favorite way to connect with myself, my family, and the world around me.

I used to think walking was a waste of time. I always chose the car, even for short trips. But after reading about its benefits, I decided to give walking a try, never expecting it to change my life.
